CODEX NATURALIS (2013-2015)
In some fields, such as genetics of meteorology, huge computer networks are delving deeper and deeper into natural systems. Both are capable of learning and adapting themselves. It therefore won’t be long until these networks find a shared interface and start to communicate. This would fundamentally change our society. We can only hope that this new consciousness will accept us as a partner and clean up the mess that we have made of our planet. It will present us with the luxury problem that we’ll have to think of a new excuse for our existence, adjust the basis of our attitudes, values and behaviour, and discover how we must grow as humans.
