Future Fragments: Collective Minds, Shared Worlds

“The future is already here—it’s just not evenly distributed.” Inspired by William Gibson’s words, Future Fragments explores how technology shapes our culture, daily life, and visions of the future.
On 5–6 September 2025, Future Fragments joins the Noorderlicht Biennale: Machine Entanglements at the Niemeyerfabriek, Groningen, supported by the Adam Mickiewicz Institute.
- Friday 5 September
16:00-18:00h – Film programme with works by Polish and international artists, introduced by the curators. The films reflect on technology’s entanglements with nature, human and nonhuman intelligence, and collective agency. - Saturday 6 September
14:00-15:00 – Guided tour by director Roosje Klap (in English)
15:00-17:00h – International panel discussion with Roosje Klap, Patricia Reed, Niels Schrader, and Noviki. Moderated by Kuba Depczyński and Krzysztof Pijarski, the session opens space for reflection, knowledge exchange, and cross-disciplinary dialogue.

No separate ticket is required for Future Fragments. You can buy a ticket at the Niemeyer to visit the Machine Entanglements exhibition. This ticket is also valid for the film program and symposium.
