Open Call: Noorderlicht BLOOM
NOORDERLICHT IS LOOKING FOR LOCAL ARTISTS AND DESIGNERS < 25
For Noorderlicht BLOOM, part of the Noorderlicht Festival REGENERATE 2023, Noorderlicht is looking for 10 international artists and designers between the age of 18 – 25, which are still studying or maximum two years graduated, living in the north of the Netherlands.
The Noorderlicht Festival REGENERATE takes place from 17 June 2023 till 6 Januari 2024 in the Provences Groningen and Friesland. As a participant of BLOOM you will join this project during February 2023 – November 2023. Within this period of time we will come together as a group, developing your own work or collaborations. Under the guidance of the Noorderlicht team the BLOOM group will present these works during an autonomous exhibition in public space.
We are looking for artists who have affinity with photography and other lens-based media. BLOOM is also open for sculptures, (light- and sound-)installations and/or performances. An artistfee is available for the participating artists.
