Velibor Bozovic

Velibor Božović (Bosnia-Herzegovina, 1966) grew up in Sarajevo. While in his twenties, the country of his youth turned into a war zone, forcing him to hone his survival skills. In 1999, Božović moved to Montreal. He worked as an engineer in the aerospace industry for eight years until he dedicated himself to a career as an artist, gaining a Master’s degree at Concordia University, where he now also teaches.
