Sydney Rahimtoola

Sydney Rahimtoola (1993) lives and works alternately in the United States and the Netherlands. After studying Studio Art and Music in New York, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Photography at the Royal Academy of Art (KABK) in The Hague in 2018. She is a guest curator during this edition of the Noorderlicht International Photography Festival and is programmer and creative director of ‘New Year New Me’ at WORM (Rotterdam). Her work has been shown at the Hunter MFA Building (New York), Bourse du Traivail Arles (France), Museum Hilversum (third place Storytelling Zilveren Camera) and Fotomuseum Winterthur (Switzerland).
