Rasa Smite

Rasa Smite (Latvia, 1969) & Raitis Smits (Latvia, 1966) have been working together at the intersection of art, science and emerging technologies since the 1990s. They are founders of the RIXC Centre for New Media Culture in Riga. Both hold PhDs in (new) media and work as artists, professors and researchers.
