Randa Maroufi

Randa Maroufi (1987) is filmmaker and artist. Born in Casablanca and graduated from the National Institute of Fine Arts, Tétouan, Morocco (2010) and the School of Fine Arts, Angers, France (2013). She has received numerous awards for her film ‘Le Park’ (2015) and ‘Bab Sebta’ (2019) and her work has recently been shown in the MA Museum, Quebec (2019), Dakar Biennale, Senegal (2018), Museum of Modern Art, New York (2016) and at the International Film Festival Rotterdam (2016). Randa Maroufi lives and works in Paris.
