Polixeni Papapetrou

Polixeni Papapetrou (Australia, 1960) was trained as a lawyer, but in the 1990s transferred her interests to photography. She took her Master of Arts at RMIT University, and earned a doctorate at Monash University, both in Melbourne. She has made her reputation with intimate work in which, in a guarded manner, the world of children is central.
