Peter Bialobrzeski

Peter Bialobrzeski (1961) studied political science and sociology before going to work as a photographer for a local newspaper in Wolfsburg. After studying photography in Essen and London, and a 15-year-long career as a photojournalist, he now devotes himself to his own projects. He has published seven books in the last eight years, and won World Press Photo Awards in 2003 and 2010. He is a professor of photography at the academy for the arts in Bremen.
