Patrick Tourneboeuf

Patrick Tourneboeuf (b. 1966) became interested in the everydayness of urban space in the mid-1990s. With ‘Périphérique’, a stilled vision of the Parisian boulevard, the beginning of research into the suspension of time takes shape. Work continued in “Nowhere”, for which he stops in the seaside resorts. This disturbing remote observation builds a critical discourse on the use of free time.
