Monica Alcazar-Duarte

Monica Alcazar Duarte (Mexico, 1977) gained a Bachelor’s degree in Film and in Design & Practice, and a Master’s degree in Documentary Photography at London College of Communication. Her work has been exhibited in England, Dubai and at the prestigious French photography festival Les Rencontres d’Arles. Earlier this year her work was awarded The Photographers’ Gallery Bar-Tur Award and the Magnum Graduate Photographers Award.
