Matteo Bastianelli

The young photographer Matteo Bastianelli (1985) graduated from the Scuola Romana di Fotografia in 2009. Since 2007 he has been working on long-term projects on homelessness in Rome and New York, the living conditions of Croatian and Bosnian Roma, and the consequences of the genocide in Bosnia. He received the Canon Young Photographer Prize in 2010 for his personal, socially engaged work.
