Marieke van Rooy

Domenico Mangano (Italy, 1976) and Marieke van Rooy (Netherlands, 1974) formed a duo in 2014, merging Mangano’s solo artistic career with Van Rooy’s academic background in the political history of constructed environments. The duo’s practice combines archival research with participatory and educational projects, taking on the form of film, sculptural installations, participatory performances and publications.
