Maarten de Kok

Maarten de Kok (1984), obtained his bachelor’s degree at the Academia Minerva (Groningen, NL), became interested in photographing events in Eastern Europe. One of his first stories was about flooding in a small town in Romania. His interest in Eastern Europe grew more and more and he traveled several times to Ukraine and Bulgaria.
