Lorenzo Castore (Italy, 1973) began to photograph seriously in 1992 in New York, followed by study in Rome. His series ‘Babylon, New York’, undertaken in response to the attack of September 11, 2001, was shown in the National Gallery for Modern Art in Rome. Other important series are ‘Paradiso’, ‘Nero’ and ‘The Ground Under Your Feet’.
