Kennardphillips

Peter Kennard (England, b. 1949) and Cat Phillipps (Scotland, b. 1972) began working together under the name kennardphillipps in 2002, in reaction to the invasion of Iraq. But they very quickly expanded their territory into an indictment of the abuse of power and war everywhere in the world. The pair make their art for the street, galleries, web and printed media, but also seek to encourage the public to develop their own skills that could contribute to the activist agenda. Their work has been shown in many museums and galleries and printed in countless periodicals.
