Jamie Parslow

Jamie Parslow (b. 1943), studied political sciences at the University of Berkeley in the 1960s. He later moved to New York and photographed for various music magazines and for the New York International Film Festival. In 1977 he played an important role in setting up the photo gallery in Oslo. In Norway he taught at the Norwegian Academy of Fine Arts, worked as a traveling exhibition leader for the contemporary museum and as a professor at the Department of Photography in Bergen.
