Gus Drake

Gus Drake (USA, 1995) is a photographer with a great love for Groningen. He graduated from the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague in 2022. In his work he is interested in the relationship between people and their environment. Gus uses the photographic medium to play with the imagination with which he shows new perspectives on what he calls “contemporary consumer landscapes. In doing so, his work contributes to social conversations around cultural and ecological issues.
