About Arthur Blonk
Arthur Blonk, (1945-2012), attended Eindhoven University of Technology from 1967-1975 and was an urban engineer and architect until 1983. In 1981 he established himself as a photographer. From 1984 he was a member of the GKf, the national professional association of photographers. Blonk has been affiliated with Academie Minerva since 1996 as a photography teacher. His specialty is architectural and topographical photography. In his work, it is about a representation of reality in which the fascination for the everyday and the sense of temporality are motives.
