Anja de Jong

Anja de Jong (b. 1957) studied Visual Communication at the Academie van Beeldende Kunsten in Rotterdam. Since graduating in 1981, she has been working as a visual artist and freelance photographer. Aside from the Netherlands, her work has been shown in exhibitions in Germany, Italy and Indonesia. In 2001, De Jong’s long-running project Borderland was part of the Noorderlicht Photo Festival Sense of Space.
