Andreas Müller-Pohle

Andreas Müller-Pohle (West Germany, 1951) studied economics and communications at the universities of Hannover and Göttingen. He has been active as an artist, editor and publisher since 1973. In 1986 he published the first electronic book (on diskette) and in 1996 he founded the journal Edition Flusser. Since 2005 Müller-Pohle has been giving photography workshops under the title Eye-Mind. He has taught at the Hogeschool voor de Kunsten in Antwerp, and won the Reind M. De Vries Foundation European Photography Prize in 2001.
