Alexander Apóstol

Alexander Apóstol (b. 1969) was born in Barquisimeto, Venezuela. He studied photography with Ricardo Armas from 1987 to 1988, and art history at the Universidad Central de Venezuela, Caracas, from 1987 to 1990. Apóstol is a multimedia conceptual artist who engages with a politically charged history of Latin America through the lenses of urban planning, culture, and architecture.
