Alejandro Chaskielberg

Alejandro Chaskielberg (1977) began his career as a photojournalist working for various local newspapers and magazines. After studying industrial design and photography, he became the director of photography at the National Film Institute in Buenos Aires in 2000. Chaskielberg is nevertheless just as active as a photographer and filmmaker. His work has been widely exhibited and has been previously shown at the Noorderlicht Photography Festival Terra Cognita [2012] and in the Noorderlicht projects The Pursuit of Happiness [2009] and The Sweet and Sour Story of Sugar [2013]. LABERINTO was published as a book in 2017.
