Selected works (1990-1991)
Valery Miloserdov’s selected works of the early 1990s illustrate the inevitable changes that took place on the eve of the restoration of Ukraine’s independence, and people’s will for freedom from the empire. The images document the points of development of Ukrainian society, which to some extent have a bearing to this day: the defense of national self-identity, the rights of the Crimean Tatars, the struggle for independence.
