La terre amoureuse

In March 2023 Rebekka Deubner went to Sainte-Soline to protest against the mégabassines, large-scale agricultural water basins. Where the event was quickly reduced to spectacular images, she returned almost monthly until December 2025 to what happened off-camera. Moving with the seasons, she shared the life of livestock farmers, market gardeners and activists: fencing, irrigating, weeding, sowing, harvesting. Another geography takes shape,
