The Choice
In ‘The Choice’ Sake Elzinga presents an exhibition with photojournalism en reportage. In this, he shows how the choice for a particular kind of film size, such as 35mm, panorama, or 6x6cm, or the use of color versus black and white, influences the impact of a published photograph. The exhibition features among others a photoseries of Tsjernobyl, ten years after the disaster, that recently won the Fuji Award 1996 and received a nomination in the ‘Zilveren Camera’ award for Dutch photojournalism that same year.
His pictures are published in the daily newspaper ‘NRC Handelsblad’ and several other magazines. He is being represented by photo-agency Hollandse Hoogte.
