Objets-monde
In Objets-monde, Sabrina Ratté explores how human activity permanently reshapes landscapes and how waste becomes an integral part of our ecosystem.

She uses photogrammetry—a technique that creates three-dimensional models from photographs. Abandoned objects such as cars and computer screens are captured and appear oversized within vast digital landscapes, resembling the ruins of a lost civilization. The absence of life and the glowing atmosphere evoke a feeling between apocalypse and nostalgia. The installation highlights how ideals of untouched nature clash with persistent human traces. Objets-monde is an interactive experience: visitors navigate through virtual worlds where image and sound respond to their movements.
