Frank Breuer

Frank Breuer was born in Rheinbach, Germany (1963). Frank Breuer attended and studied photography at the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne and at the Düsseldorf Academy of Arts under Bernd Becher, a pioneer of the New topographics movement.
