Anna Filipova

Anna Filipova (UK) gained her Bachelor’s degree in Photography at the Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London, and her Master’s degree in Communication and Media at the Royal College of Arts, also in London. She has photographed for CNN, Washington Post and the news agency Reuters and was a photo-editor at New York Times and The Herald Tribune. In recent years her work focuses on the most northern parts of the world, where she photographs social and environmental subjects in desolate places that are difficult to access.
