Silent Sun Splatter
In Silent Sun Splatter, Louis Braddock Clarke explores how the Earth itself can create images.

Deep beneath the Atlantic Ocean, inside a volcanic network at the Triple Junction—where three tectonic plates slowly drift apart—photographic prints emerge without human intervention. These natural shafts function as living cameras: moisture, temperature, chemical reactions, and vibrations from human activity leave traces on photographic negatives that Louis placed within them. These “selfies” blend Earth's deep-time movements with human traces, forming a new kind of image-making.
