The catalogue for Global Detail is yet again a prestigious publication, as visitors have become to expect of Noorderlicht. The catalogue contains an essay by Bas Heijne, writer for NRC Handelsbald and guest author 2003/2004 at the University of Groningen. The festival is accompanied by a guide with detailed information on the exhibitions and the activity program. It can be bought for 0,50 euro during the festival at all the festival locations, and is included in the price of admission of the exhibitions at the Der Aa-Kerk and the Oosterboog.

The festival guide is available in the Dutch language only; for non-Dutch speaking visitors the website offers all the necessary information.
